Our Delivery Services
You will receive your order at the address given upon order completion. Once you have placed your order and made payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email we recommend checking your spam folder. Otherwise please call us to learn about your order situation.
Next Day Service / 24 Hour Despatch
We pride to provide Next Day 24 Hours delivery option for our customers.
- Next Day / 24 Hours Despatch option is only available for the orders places before 12 noon on any working day.
- Next Day / 24 Hours Despatch option is only available for UK Mainland orders
- Next Day / 24 Hours Despatch is limited to 4 Blinds per order.
- Next Day / 24 Hours Despatch has an additional charge of £9.95
Fast Track Despatch (3 Days)
We give another option for our clients to upgrade their orders to 3 Days Fast Track Dispatch.
- Fast Track Despatch is only available for the orders places before 12 noon on any working day.
- Fast Track Despatch is limited to 7 Blinds per order
- Fast Track Despatch has an additional charge of £4.95
Regular Despatch (5 to 8 Days)
Our Standard Despatch will be made in 5 to 7 working days for orders placed before 12:00 noon.
- Standard Despatch charge is £7.95 for all UK Mainland orders.
- Orders over £150 basket value (excluding Next Day or Fast Track Charges) are delivered free of charge to all UK mainland addresses as a standard service.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed on Monday.
- Standard delivery 7am to 6pm
We also deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White and all Scottish Islands for an additional charge.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Scottish Isles and Highlands will be made with an additional £9.95 charge which will be automatically highlighted after entering your postcode.
- Deliveries to Channel Isles will have an extra surcharge of £15.00. This will automatically add to your order.
- Please bear in mind non-mainland deliveries may take longer after our despatch.
If you have missed your delivery for any reason, we recommend first checking calling card left for you from the courier company or call the courier company with your tracking number or alternatively call us for further assistance and re-organise the delivery at your convenience.
